How Fildena 150 works
It works by relaxing the muscles of the penis and improving blood flow, allowing for stronger erections that last longer. Sildenafil has a rapid onset of action. The highest observed plasma concentrations are reached within 30-90 minutes (average 60 minutes) after oral administration on an empty stomach. When sildenafil is taken with a high-fat diet, the rate of absorption is reduced, in which case Fildena will begin working after 60 minutes.
